Step 1: Location information about the vehicles is received by GPS modem over GPS satellites
Step 2: The device sends location information through GPRS to application
Step 3: The Fleet-Eye application plots vehicles location on map
Step 4: The fleet manager views vehicle on map and gets vehicle status
